The Mastering Real Estate
Appraisal course covers thirty (30) hours of the
forty-five
(45) hours needed to fulfill your post-licensing education needed to
become eligible to submit the
Certified Residential Appraiser application to the DBPR.

What are the post-license requirements for an appraisal license?
A licensed real estate appraiser trainee must complete forty-five (45) hours of
post
licensing education before their next renewal. This must include a minimum of
fifteen
(15) hours of USPAP and three (3) hours dedicated to an update of Florida
appraiser law and board rules.
Do you have a money back guarantee if I
should fail the end-of-course-exam or
State Exam?
No. It is not allowed by
Florida Statutes 475.451 & 475.4511 and by the
rules in Chapter
61-J2.013 of the Florida Real Estate Commission.
Policies
- The end-of-course examination cannot be given to a student who has absences of more than 10% of the classroom hours. It is important that you check with your instructor or the administration office, if you miss more than 10% of the classroom hours.
- You may apply for a refund prior to the 3rd hour of class. A full refund of the fees paid (less the cost of materials issued by the school) will be provided if a written request is received within one year of the start date of the original class.
