May I download this course
and work without being connected to the internet?
At this time
Bob Hogue School of
Real Estate offers the courses as an online course
only. There is no way to download the course from the internet
to your computer.
This course provides no additional texts as all the material is
being presented
in an online form. We encourage our students to purchase the
Real
Estate Brokerage - A Management Guide manual.
Click on these links to take you directly to the items which can
be
purchased at our bookstore.
Is there a difference between
the online course and the classroom material?
Both the online and classroom
courses are based on the
Dearborn textbook,
Real
Estate Brokerage - A Management Guide. The courses
will be different in organization and method of delivery, yet
still consist of requisite content by the
State of
Florida standards.
No textbooks will be provided
for the online course. However, a
glossary
and
end-of-lesson reviews are provided, similar to the book.

Is there a final exam for the
Course? What happens if I do not pass the first time? Do I have
to pay again?
For both the online and classroom courses, the
State of Florida
requires you to pass a final end-of-course exam. Once you
have started the final exam you must complete it in one sitting.
You cannot close out of it and return to it, or use the back
button to go back. If you exit the exam before you have
completed it, or fail the exam, you must wait thirty (30)
days to attempt the exam again.
If you do not pass the first
time, you will be given a link to a second final exam, which
may not be taken until thirty (30) days have passed. For review
purposes, your course will remain active and you may revisit it
as many times as you wish during the thirty days. After the
thirty days have passed, you may then click on the link to
access the second
final exam.
Once this has been done the
original course is deactivated and cannot be accessed.
Be sure you are ready to take the final exam before clicking on
the second Final Exam link, because it is the only alternate
exam.
You have up to one (1) year to
retake the new exam.
How do I check my progress in
the course?
When you log into the course, click profile then online course
history. Click on the
course and it will take you to your lesson result page.
Is my credit card
transaction/sale secure?
Yes. The site uses

information cannot be seen during transmission.
May I receive a refund if the
online course is not right for me?

lesson following the course tutorial's completion. The refund is
valid for thirty (30) days after the original
purchase date. If you have not gone beyond the first lesson and
desire a refund please
