Questions
What is the license renewal period?
Your mortgage broker license must be renewed every 2 years. The renewal
period begins September 1 of odd numbered years.
Does this course fulfill my continuing education credit?
The course is approved by the
Department of Financial
Services and
fulfills the required education as stated in rule
69V-40.0271.
Do I have to report when I complete this course to the state or will you do
so?
We will issue a completion slip to every student at the end of the course. The
state
does not require either the school or the licensee to report the completion of
the
education to the
Department of Financial Services.
However, the state requires that all licensees
keep for their records the proof of
completion by the school.
Policies
- The continuing education completion certificate
cannot be given to a student who
has any absences.
It is important that you check with your instructor or the administration office if
you miss any classroom hours.
- You may apply for a refund prior to the 3rd hour of classroom attendance. A
full refund of the fees paid (less the cost of materials issued by the school) will
be provided if written request is received within one year of the start date of the
original class.
