To remain licensed as a Florida loan originator, all Florida mortgage brokers, loan originators (employed by lenders), independent loan processors, underwriters and loan modification practitioners are required by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) to pass a S.A.F.E. Act national exam by December 31, 2010. Licensees are able to take the exam now, in advance of the heavy demand anticipated by the end of the year.
The exam prep course is designed to focus the student’s study efforts on the most important topics, to update the student’s understanding, and to help the student gain confidence in their test-taking technique and knowledge. The course materials provided to each student serve as a valuable reference for today’s mortgage lending environment and for at-home study for the exam. The materials also contain over 250 sample test questions with answers.
A deposit of $45.00 will secure your place in class. The balance is due on the 1st day of class. You may register online, by phone with a credit card, or mail your deposit to the administration office.
You may apply for a refund prior to the 3rd hour of classroom attendance. A full refund of the fees paid (less the cost of materials issued by the school) will be provided if written request is received within six months of the start date of the original class.
Please note: Course schedules, tuitions, and classroom locations are subject to change.
