To boost your confidence and to improve your exam score, you are encouraged to take a review "cram course" prior to taking the state examination.

The State Exam Review Course is designed to emphasize information learned in the course, making it available for immediate retrieval. Tips on taking the exam are provided. You are welcome to attend one or more cram courses prior to the state examination.

Grades received at the exam site are the official scores. You may practice real estate as soon as you register with a broker or when you are properly registered as the owner, part owner or officer of a real estate business.

Registration Procedures

A deposit of $45.00 will secure your place in class. The balance is due on the first day of class. You may register for class by phone with a credit card, or mail your deposit to the administration office.


Common Questions

When are the classes held?
The course is held at least once a month, on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.

How do I submit my application?
The application may be sent in before, during or after the course.
 - To submit your application online you should visit the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) website.
Afterwards, you should schedule an appointment for electronic fingerprinting with Pearson VUE.
- If you wish to submit your application by mail you should download and print it from the DBPR website.
It will take 6-8 weeks on average for the state to process and approve your application. You may check on your status from our website.
Once approved you may schedule to sit for the state exam with Pearson VUE online or by calling 1-888-204-6289.

What are the fees for the license, fingerprinting and exam?
- The state application fee is $105.00
- The Pearson VUE fingerprinting fee is $57.25
- The Pearson VUE exam fee is $31.50

How is the test administered?
There will be multiple locations in major metropolitan areas. Exams will be given 
by the state test vendor Pearson VUE on computer touch screens.

How long after taking the state exam will I be notified of passing?
Candidates will receive grades immediately at the test location 

Do you have a money back guarantee if I should fail the State Exam?
No. It is not allowed by Florida Statutes 475.451 & 475.4511 and by the rules in Chapter 61-J2.013 of the Florida Real Estate Commission.


Policies

  1. You may apply for a refund prior to the 3rd hour of class. A refund of the fees paid, less the cost of materials issued by the school, will be provided if written request is received within one year of the start date of the original class.
